To celebrate the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee we are holding an afternoon playground tea party (weather permitting) on the last day of the spring term Friday 1st June.

Don't forget every Thursday morning is coffee morning for parents/carers in the Happy High Street Families Room. There is a programme of outside speakers and various activities for the summer term. Next Thursday come along to a cake decorating session creche available! Please come to the office to book a place!

Monday 21st May Year 6 have been invited to attend "Crucial Crew" which is an event co-ordinated by the South Wales Police. It's a fun workshop giving children opportunities to learn about the locality and important life skills.
Tuesday 22nd May at 3 pm Mr Scott from the Urdd will be coming into school to talk to parents about the forthcoming residential trip to Llangrannog.
Monday 28th and Tuesday 29th May the Vale's Road Safety Team will be running the cycling proficiency course in school and around the locality.

Boys and girls from Year 4, 5 and 6 took part in a friendly tag rugby tournament organised by the Cardiff Blues in association with Apollo Teaching Services at Cardiff Arms Park on Tuesday 15th May. Photographs have been uploaded to the School Information page of the team in action on the famous turf!
